Meet Christina
My journey into this work began during a time when my own health felt completely out of control. I was confused by my body, overwhelmed by the lack of answers, and desperately needed a plan. Through deep research, I found the answers I had been longing for—and finally understood the messages my body was sending me. That experience changed my life and sparked a passion for helping other women find that same clarity, confidence, and a plan they can trust.
